Window Lab OS
Design foundation and screens
Two surfaces built on one token file. The web app is an instrument; the client app is a counter. Every contrast ratio here is measured, every curve and duration is taken from a table rather than invented.
Window Lab web app
Content calendar
The home screen. Month view, posts as items with platform, status and thumbnail. Filters by client, channel and status.
Creative studio
Four AI candidates side by side on a dark stage, brand kit panel, send for approval.
Approval queue
Agency QA. Pinned comments on an image, keyboard-driven queue.
Client analytics
Cross-platform normalised metrics for one client.
Running the business
Engagement inbox
Comments, messages, mentions and reviews from four platforms in one queue. A suggested reply is a draft until a person sends it.
Asset library
Photography, raw footage and past creatives, with licence expiry as a first-class field. Version history with billable rounds.
Spend safety
Pacing against plan, not just a monthly cap. Alerts, and auto-pause where the client has switched it on.
Billing
Invoices with GCC VAT treatment per line, retainer usage and overage, multi-currency with VAT restated in local currency.
Client setup
Onboarding with an owner per step, connected accounts whose health is derived rather than trusted, conversion tracking, and the brand voice.
Leads
People the ad spend produced. Deduplicated across five ways of writing one phone number, scored with reasons, and judged by the client rather than by us.
Pipeline
Window Lab's own deals. Winning one provisions the client — package, retainer, credit limit and the five-day onboarding — with nothing re-typed.
